Now I'm confused. All of Row 7 is dates except for in Column A?
In your first post you said: If the date in row 7 is further back than
today's date minus 2 years turn red
In the next post you said: Column A has peoples names in it and all
other columns will have dates in them.
The third time, you said: The dates will go across by rows, one row for
each person.
I'm not getting this. Assuming what I said above is right - i.e. All of
Row 7 is dates except for in Column A, then just do exactly what I said:
1. Select the whole of Row 7
2. Apply the CF as originally given
3. Select just A7
4. Take the CF off cell A7
