Forgot to mention - you may need to change the order of the DAY and the
MONTH parts here; I'm using European format dates, of course.

Select Row 7. In the CF dialog, make sure you change the pulldown to
'formula is', then enter the following:

        =A7<DATEVALUE(DAY(NOW()) & "/" & MONTH(NOW()) & "/" &
YEAR(NOW())-2)

Choose your formatting and click on OK.
