No problem...sorry I was late to the party. For future reference, I have a
full site search on MouseTrax.com, so you can go there and enter a term to
find links to articles on many subjects.

SO sorry I haven't seen this all week...just trying to catch up.

As for toolbars and macros...this article explains the basics:

Customized Toolbars and Menus
http://www.mousetrax.com/toolbars.html

Better...this article explains how to share code. And down near the bottom,
I have an animated gif showing the process of creating a custom menu. If
the animation stops by the time you get to that point, just click your
REFRESH button on your browser (F5 in most cases) and it'll rerun.

Question #1:
Dian has a tutorial on how to assign macros to toolbar buttons, so I hope
she'll chime in here with a link, cuz I don't have time to write the step
by step instructions (it's midnight and I just got home and have an early
class in the morning)....Dian?

Question #2:
And, yes, if you go to that link I supplied to the book, there's a link
there that says "If you are an instructor, you may request an evaluation
copy of this title." Click that link and fill in the form.

And yes, it will be available at Barnes and Noble, Borders, Amazon, etc.
And, it appears it will be sold internationally, so it should be available
everywhere :-)

Thank you so much! Can it be assigned as a keyboard shortcut?

Could you refresh me on "assigning it to a toolbar?"

Thank you!!

P.S. Linda, your book looks VERY nice! I recommend books all the time to
my students and have generally gone with the "Mastering" series... However,
they have gone to an "all in one" book and not separate and have left out a
lot in Word and Excel doing it this way. I'm hoping this will be available
at Amazon or other major book sellers? Is there a way to get an evaluation
copy before it hits the shelf?
