Ahhh... I think that was the missing step... Click on the macro in the left
pane... I think she told me she couldn't see it in there... So we'll double
check that...

Ok ... Evidently Dian is busy, and I can't remember which one of her
tutorials teaches this, so here's a quick version.

Go to Tools>Customize
Click on the Commands tab
Click on Macros in the left pane
Find your macro in the right pane and drag it from there to your toolbar
While the Customize box is still open, right click on the new button on the
toolbar and see you can change the button image, change the text, etc.

We got the keyboard macro to work just fine, but she would like to figure
out the toolbar one as well... (don't you love email tech support)...
Hehe... I think she is missing a step once she get into customize...

Dian, I think a step-by-step would be useful...if you don't mind sharing...
