Hiya, Lin.  Thanks for the response.

Yes, I see the print option in my Alt menu.  But did you try it?  I get
a message saying 'The command you've selected isn't available in this
shortcut menu'. =20

This is a change from Office 2000.

I'm told that Office 2000 allowed users to print from within the Open
dialog (right-click on document.. print).  Office XP does not allow
this.

Anyone know why the change?
