Have you tried just turning on the macro recorder and doing the steps you
normally do? That will create a macro to complete the steps. Then just go
to View>Toolbars>Forms, when the Forms Toolbar appears, click on the Button
button, then click on your spreadsheet .... When you release you mouse, a
box comes up where you can choose your macro to assign to this button. Then
you can change the text on the button to anything you want.

Subject: [mso] Print macro
I have just discovered that my company has not included advanced Excel
software help from our outsourced IT company.
Shame!
I am in a bid of a pickle. We have a preprinted card (yes, i know would
have made more sense printing straight from the excel files rather than
unto preprints) which need to get populated. This was originally created
in Word and not Excel. in order to get this to work from some other
available spreadsheets I have had to create a number of sheets covering
each section. Problem is then printing. In order to avoid overprinting I
have had to create a mirror sheet with only the relevant print data
available (the sheets are hidden from view so people can't mistake one
from the other). This works - but only for me as I am the only one who
knows exactly what to do.
In order to minimize training I would like to install a "print" button on
the "working" sheet. The function would be to print the hidden sheet
instead of the one being worked upon.
1. Can anyone please help with such a macro, please?
2. Is there anywhere on-line I can get training in macros?
3. Is there a better alternative?
Thanks in advance.
