In Outlook's Tools/Options Preferences tab, select the Calendar options
and there the Free/Busy options. Outlook installs with a default of 2
months and this can be changed up to 12 months (don't let it deceive you
- 12 months counting the month you're in even if it's the 30th).
If you're working in an environment that allows it, you can set
everybody's free/busy options to 12 months through Group Policy.
Regards,
Ofra

A client called about scheduling a meeting for 2007. Everything up
through Dec 31, 2006 is available but starting with January 1, 2007 is
"no information". Can you plan a meeting for 2007?
