Hi Tricia
Outlook stores emails, contacts, appointments, etc. in a .pst file. To move all
these data from one computer to another, you first back up a copy of the .pst
file to a cd, dvd or usb flash drive, then restore it to your desktop pc.
This should be a simple procedure. The link below will guide you step by step:
