Well, sorry, but personally, I believe this isn't so much a question for
Outlook...but one for Magic. After all, we know OL works okay without any
3rd party apps...so my guess would be that this other program has some type
of option to clear files??? Or maybe there is a conflict that causes this
problem.

Doesn't sound like any virus I've heard of. But since I've never heard of
Magic...I'd say you should try to find a group for that program and see if
anyone else using it has had this problem???

Hi! I'm glad to know of this group! I just joined =)

I use a "monitoring" program to monitor my email (as of Friday I REALLY use
it)... in fact, I turned off Outlook's automatic send/receive. I go into
"magic" (a monitoring program), delete all the junk, then go to Outlook and
manually hit send/receive and it brings in the messages I've left in
Magic...

Well, first thing this morning, I left 13 out of about 100+ messages to be
brought in... when they arrived in my Outlook InBox, 10 of them were
blank... blank subject, blank from... I couldn't see in Outlook who they
were from...

Fortunately and unfortunately, some were from clients... fortunately, I saw
who they were from... unfortunately, the email from the different clients
were blank... when I opened up the "blank" From/Subject, the message said
the message was removed... I didn't remove it tho... all I did was "bring it
in to Outlook." So, basically, it deleted the message... I wrote to my
clients to have them re-send the email... and they did... but now I'm leary
to bring it into Outlook... what would cause this?

I'm sure it sounds like a virus... but I did a virus scan and no viruses
were found... any other suggestions? Thank you in advance! =)

Camille
