It sounds like that user has defined her mailbox as a Resource. In the tools/options/preference go into Calendar options and check in the Resource Scheduling button whether automatic anything has been defined. Hope this helps, Ofra=20 -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Renaud, Parker Sent: 14 April, 2008 22:09 To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Outlook Meeting Scheduler We are using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server. One of the great benefits of using Exchange Server is scheduling meetings. When you enter the names of the attendees, an email is automatically generated to each of them which enables them to Accept, Tentatively Accept, Reject, or Propose a Change to the meeting. One of our users has a problem with her Outlook. When someone requests a meeting with her, she does not get the email, but the meeting is automatically entered onto her calendar as accepted. The box in the Calendar Options which says "Automatically Accept Meeting Requests" is NOT checked. This is driving her crazy and she is driving me crazy. Please help.
