[mso] Outlook Express

I just upgraded a client's IE. She has ME and she uses Outlook Express. The
problem is when I
updated IE it updated Outlook Express to 6.0. When she opens her email now it
automatically removes her attachments. The message says "OE removed unsafe
attachment". How do I change this setting?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
