[mso] Re: Outlook Express

Not sure if this relates to Outlook Express (as the subject indicates), or
to Word, which the text indicates.

If it's to Word, then do a "Find Files" on your computer for the normal. dot
file (this is Words default template - which all too often gets corrupted),
once it's found, rename it and try to start Word. If this doesn't work, you
may need to do a reinstall to some level - let us know what versions you're
running and I'm sure someone on the list will have a few pointers.
