When using a distribution list in Outlook 2000, the names of each member of the distribution list shows up in the "To" box when the e-mail is received unless you use the "BCC" box. Then none of the names show up in the "To" box, but you have to put at least one e-mail address (real or made-up) in the "To" box in order to send it. I know you can avoid that problem by using the Word mail merge feature, but it is a fairly long, involved process and we would like to avoid it. What I would like, is to find a procedure, macro, or add-in for Outlook that would let me select names from a list, create one e-mail, and have Outlook send each individual selected an e-mail with only their e-mail address in the "To" box. Does anyone know of a way to do this, or a product that will allow Outlook to do this?
