With all due respect to MS, I can't understand why ANYONE would want to use
"Outlook", when there are so many fine alternatives. I love Word, and
Excel, but can't abide Outlook.

Only because I use and love Outlook, (perhaps only because I've used it
since day 1, every day)
I'd truly appreciate knowing what I am missing.
(Don't get me wrong ... I still find lots of "fault"; particularly in
documentation. But that is, in part, because PC software makers, in general,
and MS included, produce very shoddy, skimpy and incomplete documentation.)
