The easiest way to do it is to change the Private Calendar's View to Category. This will give you a simple list of every calendar entry. Highlight the first entry, hold down the Shift key, scroll to the last entry and highlight it. That will select every entry. Then drag them to the calendar you have created in the public folder. I was not able to just do a copy and paste, and exporting the calendar as a PST and then attempting to import it into the public folder was unsuccessful. Does anyone know another way to do it? Thanks, Elise ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
