[mso] Outlook 2003 Office 2003 ?

I need help with Outlook 2003 I think as it could be Office Word I
suppose
Putting a message together using Outlook 2003 amd Word 2003 with
several images in the note when the note is received in this computer
all the Images are attached not in the note! So It makes it all most
unusable!!! This is between two computers in the same room! It would
seem that only this one computer receives this note wrong??
Anyone have a place I might go to fix it! Or what do I have set
different maybe?? It's a total head ache right now!
