From what I can find, only the 'core' office applications are updated,
patches for the other programs are independent.
I got the following info from the update centre part of the officeupdate
site:
Office XP sp1:
Word 2002, Excel 2002, Outlook 2002, PowerPoint 2002, Access 2002, FrontPage
2002, Publisher 2002, and Office Web Components 2002
Office XP sp2:
Word 2002, Excel 2002, Outlook 2002, PowerPoint 2002, Access 2002, FrontPage
2002, Publisher 2002, and Office XP Web Components
Office 2000 SP-3:
Word 2000, Excel 2000, Outlook 2000, PowerPoint 2000, Access 2000, FrontPage
2000, Publisher 2000, Access RunTime 2000

Does anyone know offhand what products Office update updates?
Most are obvious, but what about Front Page, MapPoint, Publisher, things
that may be on the fringe of Office.
If not, are there semi-automated ways of updating the remainder, or does one
just need to search the downloads?
