[mso] Office update

Does anyone know offhand what products Office update updates?
 
Most are obvious, but what about Front Page, MapPoint, Publisher, things
that may be on the fringe of Office.
 
If not, are there semi-automated ways of updating the remainder, or does one
just need to search the downloads?
