Well Neil I knew someone here would have the answer I have worked on that all day its in my wife's new computer and all I did was uncheck LDVP and it seems to have went away. I tried there removal tool it did not remove it! Good old Sydney huh? Wish I was there! The best city in the world to have fun in. Spent many days there in the Ramada Hotel over by the Opera House. I worked for a company that built the big long ore (Gold mining) belt out there in the outback several years and several different trips of course! Know it well. Even love the Rocks area just to loaf around! But have you tried going into Outlook > Tools > Options > Other > Add in manage and seeing Norton appears there? If so, you can just uncheck it...
