[mso] Office Outlook 2002XP

I can't get a answer to this on the Outlook list maybe some one can send me
somewhere or tell me what I have to do to remove this.
The system in Win XPPRO updated as far as can be. The Office should be
updated that way to??
I no longer use Norton ! So it was deleted!
I get this Error when Outlook 2002xp start
The addin C:\program~1\Norton~1vpmsece.dll could not be installed or loaded
the problem may be resolved by Detect and repair blah blah blah.
I have run detect and repair till ?? It doesn't remove it. I have looked
through the registry and can't find it! I have reinstalled Norton and
uninstalled it. No help
Anyone have any ideas
