My recommendation to you, Robert, is to learn Access. There are Access
instructors in this group also...not me..but James La Borde, for one...and
I'm sure there are others.

Ok, I should have gotten into in deeper length, but I was trying to keep
the email small. How does sound then? I find someone, perhaps Mr. LaBorde,
to teach/help me to do this in Access, and I follow Dian's suggestion on
obtaining the book for VBAs so customized reports can be obtained? I have
had -some- VBA trianing, but nowhere nearly enough for me to say I am
trained in that area. Most of my VBA consists of going through others' VBA
code until I see an example that does what I want and I manually type that
in. Any database (FoxPro, Q&A, SQL, etc.) would work, but my knowledge of
them is pre-Windows. I would like to make this project work in Windows.
Linda, I have written on paper how I think this would best work. It is
relational. If I did it in a non-relational way, the amount of data would
be horrendous.
How may I get in touch with Mr. La Borde?
The reason I mentioned a certified check is I don't have a credit card. How
would I then pay PayPal for you?
