Hi James, try StartUp Inspector (http://www.windowsstartup.com/). CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) also has an option, under Tools->Startup to mamage startup programs. Both are good programs. I use Soluto (www.soluto.com) which gives me the option of delaying startup of specific programs that aren't needed right after boot but which I don't want to stop from loading.
