James,

I admit to subterfuge sometimes to impress people. I usually include
extra tables to the ones needed directly to record a log and I usually
include one with all the "messages" in so that they can be altered to
different languages. I show all the tables in this way wether they
have relationships or not. You can do it with queries in addition to
the tables too.

Actually the extra tables have helped later on to consolidate
databases and track problems... especially the log one and now I
always try to include one.

When you pull up the relationships window and right click in it, you
can get a list of tables and queries. Selecting one produces a
smallish window with the field or column details. You can expand this
little window to show all the items if you like.

Regards
Lisa
