You may want to include a diagram of the database as well especially
if there are any relational links. There isn't an access way do this
but you can "fake" it with Tools / Relationships and then adding
tables and drawing links. When you're done hit PrtScrn to get the
window onto the clipboard and then paste it into your report.

GREAT idea.

In this case, there aren't any. It is one table. One primary key. One
secondary index. Not particularly complicated.
