Thanks, Linda & David. I should have mentioned that I had used the
'Envelopes, Options' settings to state exactly where I wanted the delivery
address. I even clicked the 'Omit' option for the return address.
Unfortunately, the delivery address still prints in the return address
position!

Thanks, anyway for trying to help. I do appreciate it, even though I still
can't solve my problem. I really need the envelope size I am specifying,
but will experiment with others to see if it is related to that!

Regards,
Bill.

OK ... I'm gonna take a stab at this, but I've never even seen Word 2010 ...
but, in Word 2007, there's a tab at the top that says "Mailings" and if you
click on that, there's a button that says "Envelopes" ... when you click on
that, there are two tabs ... one says "Envelopes" and one says "Labels" ...
on the Envelopes tab, you can click a button that says "Options" and you
will see settings for where you want the mailing address and the return
address to print on the envelope ... I have to assume your settings might be
screwed up? I'm not sure where these settings are in Word 2010, but I'm
sure they are in there and you should check to see how yours is configured.

Good luck.
