Dear All, At my office, we just transfered our mailing list to Outlook. Now, I am trying to get used to sending faxes this way. 1. I have the option to send faxes at work but the To: in Outlook has to be written in the following manner: [fax:John Doe@9,1234567] My problem is when I do a mail merge from word with teh contact list and want to send to people. it tries sending with the to: field as just the number. How do I set it to do it the right way so it will send. 2. I live in Israel. My computer is set up that I live in Israel. therefore in the mailing list it adds 972 (the Israeli Country code) before each 9,12345667. How do I get rid of that. Thanks for any help in either problem.
