If you use the folder view, you can get to it with the tab key and then
up/down arrow or typing the first letter of the folder.
If you are trying to get to your inbox quickly, just ctrl+shift+i

I tried shutting down the Outlook Bar and opening the Folder List - same
problem. There does not seem to be a keystroke that will get me to that
folder list that now sits on the left-hand side of my screen. I am forced to
use the mouse or to navigate via menu>>view>>Go To>> and then choose
Calendar or whatever. This is way too many keystrokes for me. The mouse is
much faster.
