Thanks, Thomas, for your help. For me, I find that it takes too many keystrokes
to get to an item on the Outlook Bar by using the View menu on the menu bar.

If this is not what you are suggesting, then I do not understand what it is
that you do.

Did you pull it out from the view menu and then shift-tab or tab back
and fore from it? Which I am refering pull out the folder list from the
main window of MS Outlook so that you can tab and shift - tab around it.
I use it all the time as I don't use or can't use a mouse pointer. So
generally, this is how I work around it.=20
Like example, if you got a folder called ABC, what you do is to tab or
shift tab back and make the focus to the folder list, and you just hit
ab or just abc, it will bring you the focus to that folder and you just
tab it to the list of messages and you can just pick the one you want to
  read.

I am trying to access the Outlook Shortcut Bar - the list of folders on
the left side of Outlook. I think Outlook just calls it the Outlook Bar.
I can't find any way to access it with keystrokes.

    Hi,

I have not been able to find any keystroke access to the Outlook
Shortcut Bar and all it's folders. Is there a way to get there without
    the mouse?
