Alt-Tab will shift between the current window and the last window opened, whether it is a word document or some other window that was 'focused' or open in the foreground. Press and hold the alt key, press and release the tab key, the alt key still held down to see all of the windows running in the background. Tab to the desired window, still holding the alt key. To reverse the movement of the select box add the shift key to the already held alt key. This is really an XP feature and not an Office function. -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Roger M. One above the other. I= would like to see one document at a time in the window. Both open in their= own window so I can alt tab to select. *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** On 12/23/2006 at 9:22 AM Linda F.
