[mso] I can't get it to activate

I had to reformat my system so reinstalled word 2002. It keeps asking me to 
activate,and when I trysays it was activated on another system so it won't 
let me. Now if is not letting me edit my books saying at 37thtime of use it 
shuts down.
How do I get this to work?
