Thanks, Ray ... I think I have it working now So, I will add this to the footer of our emails as soon as I get a chance: To be able to share files with the group, you must join our Yahoo sister group. This group will not allow for posting of emails, but will allow you to join and share problem files, templates, etc.: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MicrosoftOffice . This group is for FILE SHARING ONLY. ++++++++++++++++++ Linda F. Assuming you are "owner" of the Yahoo Group, you can specify how members use the files and photos sections as follows: Files / Photos a.. Members (upload/modify/download files) b.. Limited (members can download files; moderators can upload/modify/download files) c.. Moderators only (upload/modify/download files) d.. Off (no one can access the Files feature) You approve all photos Note the specification applies to both the Files and the Photos sections. No separate controls. Log on to the group then click "Management" then "Web Tools". All of the Y! groups I moderate have these options. Please LMK if your options look different from the ones I am describing.
