I take it back! I read David Smart's later note which mentioned the icon's
at the bottom. But now that I did that, clicking the icon to change it
back, doesn't work.

I've used Outlook for 4 years now. Have never seen a "horizontal" scroll
bar at the bottom of the Mail Folders.
