I do have a long list of Mail Folders. Under MAIL on the left side I have 4
folders in Favorite Folders. Then under Mail Folders I have over 40
folders. I'm not referring to the vertical scroll bar I'm referring to the
smaller horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the Mail Folders list that
will move the folder icons off to the left and leave the name of the folders
only. I want to do this so my reading screen is a little larger and I see
more of the name of the folder-I don't need to see the folder icon. In
Outlook Express the horizontal scroll bar is always there. At first when I
started using Outlook the horizontal scroll bar was not there, and then, I
forget how, the horizontal scroll bar did appear but then it went away and
now of course, I do not have it again. Frank C.

Yes, you can only post thru emails ... to search to see if your question
has been answered, go to the archives and use the search feature there ...

The scroll bar in Outlook's Mail Folders section is only visible when you
have too many folders to display ... if all of the folders are showing, then
the scroll bar isn't necessary and doesn't show. If you want to see it, you
will have to make your Outlook Window small enough that not all folders show
... or add more folders

Do you only post to this group through emails? Is there any other listing
of messages besides the archive where you can go to read recent, compiled
posts and answers? Before I post, I have a question about how to activate
the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the Mail Folders section in
Outlook, is there a way to search to see if this question has been answered
before?
