Hi Adri and welcome. I'm not sure I understand....you have a date and visitors in the first example, but in the results you show "number" and "count"....I assume the count is a count of visitors for each date? But, what is "number"? Linda Linda's Computer Stop http://personal-computer-tutor.com ABC Free Ezine ~ Free Ebooks and Tutorials *all outgoing mail scanned by Norton AV. I am very impressed what I already saw in the MSO Freelists Archive! Now my problem: I try to determine the frequency of the numbers of visitors per date. I gather the data in Excel and copy it also in Access Tables. In Excel I already have tried aray formula =Frequency, =count(if etc. but I did not succeed. I also want to try it in Access. But I don't know how to do it. I already did look in the MSO Freelists Archive but I could not find the answer. Please I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.
