Haven't seen a reply to this yet so I thought I would chime in. The easiest
way to format all fractions in Word is to use the free fraction builder tool
available at:
http://forums.compuserve.com/gvforums/default.asp?SRV=MSOfficeForum
Go to the Files section and search for fraction. The file you are looking
for is "Horizontal Fraction Maker" (W8FRAC2.EXE). Follow the instructions on
the page. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I installed it for one of my
users at the office and created a quick button on the toolbar. She is
thrilled with it. Of course, you have to turn off Auto Format as You Type |
Fractions options in order for all the fractions to have the same "look".
Otherwise, 1/2 and 1/4 will look different than 1/8 or 1/6. HTH
Robin
