[mso] Form checkbox 'shading' problem

Hi,
I have a user that created a document questionnaire with forms and
checkboxes etc. Problems she's having is some of the checkboxes are shown
in the document and the printed version shaded, but she's turned off the
shading option on the forms toolbar. She'd like to have them all appear
empty/white with no shading. I took a screenshot of the document which can
be viewed here if this doesn't make any sense.
