Well, Dian...unless he has a scanner, it's gonna be hard for him to do a
print screen to show you this since it seems, from what he says, it's
only happens when he PRINTS
Mohammed....does it look this way in Print Preview too? If so, you can
do a screen capture of that and send it to Dian.

Please do me a favor ASAP so I can check on this problem.
Open a document where you can clearly see the problem and possibly zoom
in so it you can clearly see the problem on the screen. Then hit the
PRINT SCREEN button (which may be abbreviated on your keyboard to prnt
scrn or something similar). This will take a snap shot of your screen so
I can see the problem.
Then open a blank doc, hit Ctrl/V and the image you clicked, which is
now sitting on your clipboard, will be dropped on the new doc. Save that
file and email it to me at dian@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx This way I can clearly
see the problem and show others who might be able to help.
