I'm re-sending this because I haven't gotten any replies. I know that
probably means no one has an answer but I just thought I'd try one more
time in case there was someone who knew something but hadn't seen it the
first time. Thanks, Elise

Subject: [mso] Outlook 2002 question

I have a client using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP. She just called to
say that her toolbar with "reply," "reply to all," etc is missing. I
walked her through View-Toolbars and found that when an email was open,
the Standard toolbar was not checked. She checked it in that menu and
the standard toolbar reappeared. But the fix only worked for that one
email message. When she opened another email, the toolbar was gone
again. How can she make the standard toolbar come back when messages
are open? The standard toolbar is available when she is in Preview pane
mode - it's just when a message is open that the toolbar disappears.
She says it has only been going on a few days and she doesn't know what
made it disappear in the first place. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Elise
