If so, click into the cell with the date in it and look at the formula bar, you will probably see a formula like =TODAY() ... Just replace the formula with today's date (or you could copy the date and Paste Special>Values) ... However, if the date is being generated automatically in a protected cell, you will have to unprotect the template before you do this and that might require a password. Linda F.
