Subject: [mso] Annoying "thought bubbles"

I don't know what the technical term for them is so I call them thought
bubbles. They are the annoying little boxes that pop when you hover your
mouse over an email in Outlook Express. I am pretty sure it is a system wide

thing and not unique to OE ... but is there any way to turn them off? I have

looked everywhere that I could think of and came up empty. A little help out

there?
