Anthony...wanna send me the file privately? This should be working and I'm
not sure why it isn't, if you really have numbers less than 1, they should
NOT be showing in bold
It's possible it's the formatting of the numbers? Try entering a 1 into a
blank cell, then copy it, then highlight your list of numbers and go to
Edit>Paste Special and put a tick in "Multiply"...this will multiply all of
the numbers by one and fix the formatting if it's bad...see if the
conditional formatting works then...if not, send me the file, if it's not
too confidential

Well, it seems no matter what I place as a criteria, Excel will always =
see it as true. I don't get it. I should just go back to Access.
