Oh, thank you for the suggestion.  I haven't used Access in ages, so it will
take some time to re-learn it, but it's worth a try.

im pretty new with excel as well. However, if i may make a suggestion. I
think you are better off using microsoft access. Its specifically used to
create databases and reports. Who knows you might have an easier time. On
