Linda,
A footer and header are exactly those - at the head and at the foot of
the page - what about the left and right sides of the page - assuming
you want a border all around the page on all 4 sides.
Hope that cleared it up.
Had not thought of trying publisher - now that is a thought - thanks to
whomever mentioned that one.
