[mso] Crop Marks

I am still having the problem with crop marks. I guess the version of Word is
2003 but I have MS Office 2010. When I tried to follow the troubleshooting tips
from Microsoft it did not help. I do not have any language listed but English
and it instructs you to remove other languages besides English to fix it. Any
suggestions???
