[mso] Connection in Outlook

Hi all.
 

I am trying to get another computer on to the e-mail system. All I seem to
get is :" Error 623 The system could not find the phone book entry for this
connection". I copied the setting from my laptop to the other machine but to
no avail.

 

How do I start from scratch to get all the necessary details input into the
other computer?

 

I went on the internet to sort the problem and still no success.

 

What am I doing wrong, please?
