[mso] Attaching Files in Outlook

Is there a way in Outlook to specify a default folder other than "My
Documents" when inserting an attachment to an email? Some of our users
keep their group's documents in a folder on a file server and would like
Outlook to default to that folder. We are running Outlook 2003 on
Exchange Server 2003.
