Phil,

Anthony is right, Access won't do it in the crosstab, but either a report or
a form can easily do what you want.

Subject: [mso] Column totals in crosstab :VSMail MX2

Hi folks,

I'm doing a crosstab query and report in Access on some of our student
demographics. I've got a county list down the left hand side and a school
list across the top. The crosstab is working fine. What I can't seem to do
is to total each column (not a totals column - that works fine also) so that
I have the following:

                 School 1 School 2 School 3
County 1 5 8 13
County 2 10 3 12
County 3 2 1 6
Total 17 12 31

It's the last row that I can't get. I would prefer to do it without diving
into VBA but will go there if needed.

Many thanks for any advice!
Phil
