I have a database with 600 names and corresponding email addresses in it..
I have created a macro that will take the contents of the column with the
email addresses in it and put it in a simple text file
..I got it to work..but I need the addresses to be in alphabetical order
doesn't matter how I save the query or table..the order always comes out by
the person's name
John Aaron's email of zzz@xxxxxxxxxxxx will come on the top of the email list
how can I MAKE the transferred text---- transfer in alphabetical order????
---Thanks,
Cherie
