OH Cheeezz,,

I've been looking for someone who knows how to make MS Access handle =
data from the Internet. If I could do that, I could make a mint.=20

If I did a little advertising, I would have at least 10 clients right =
off the bat. Horse trainers sometimes need to update data from 2 or 3 =
different locations, and then be able to generate reports FROM that =
data, FROM any of the locations.

I see "Data Access Pages" in Access 2k, but I don't have a CLUE, and I =
suppose that's exactly what "Access Data Pages" are used for !!!

I tried to look into the help files for "Data Access Pages" but I =
floundered badly. The help was pretty feeble. I failed mostly because I =
found another "way out"... My friend in Germany offered to write the =
little system in Pear. He did it, in 2 days and it looks / runs GREAT, =
but I would have loved to do this on my own, and, inside the MS ACCESS =
environment. It would have meant "mo money" fo-me... LOL

I should have gone to school... like my mother told me 40 years ago...

Always listen to your mother.

Subject: [mso] Access forms vs web forms (was access-Pam)

Aha! Thanks, Anthony. Yes, there is a definite possibility that I
would one day want to have forms on my website that would populate
tables in my database....so this makes a lot of sense. Although I
didn't think forms on a website were the same as Access forms. I
thought they already *were* separate. Are you telling me that I can
actually put an Access form on my webpage? Here, all along, I thought I
had to use an html form and have that point to the Access database.
