Would this overwrite existing IMEX objects? The table I want to put the
new specs in already has these system/hidden tables. /g

If you set your options (Tools,Options, View Tab) to show system
objects, you can then export the tables to the second database. Be sure
to export both IMEX tables. Then go back to options and hide system
objects. (I'm doing this in Access 2002)

yep. you can save specifications for an import or export. I have 2
databases, each with specs and I'd like to combine the databases since
each does one very simple thing. It's not as simple as copying the
tables or queries. With Anthony's information, I attempted to copy a row
of specs from the IMEX tables but don't seem to have that option. /g
